Pricing questions

Can I switch tiers anytime?+
Yes — upgrade instantly, downgrade at the next billing cycle. We never email a sales rep at you when you downgrade.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?+
No on Free, Plus, and Scale. Pro and Enterprise include managed onboarding as part of the plan.
How does the per-sale fee work?+
Our fee is all-in — it includes Stripe's processing plus our platform cut. Free is 7%, Plus 5.5%, Scale 4.5%, Pro 3.5%, Enterprise 3.1%. The more you sell, the smaller our cut gets.
Do you charge for collaborators?+
No per-seat pricing — each tier includes a fixed number of seats. Need more? Upgrade or contact us.
What payment methods can my customers use?+
Card payments through Stripe on every plan. Cash, check, or Venmo can be unlocked per-customer for trusted buyers you've vetted yourself.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?+
Yes — annual billing saves ~10–15% versus monthly. Each tier card shows both options.
