Free is 7% + 30¢ total: Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ processing plus a 4.1% Farmstand fee. Plus has a 2% Farmstand fee, while Scale, Pro, and Enterprise have no Farmstand percentage at all. Stripe processing is passed through at cost.

Pricing questions

Can I switch tiers anytime?+

Yes — upgrade instantly, downgrade at the next billing cycle. We never email a sales rep at you when you downgrade.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?+

Never. Managed onboarding is included on every paid plan — Plus, Scale, Pro, and Enterprise. We sit down with you and get your farm set up: products, storefront, payouts, the lot. Free is self-serve.

How does the per-sale fee work?+

Free costs 7% + 30¢ total on an online card sale: Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ processing plus a 4.1% Farmstand fee. Plus has a 2% Farmstand fee and Stripe processing is separate. Scale, Pro, and Enterprise have no Farmstand sale fee, so only Stripe processing remains. We never mark up Stripe's processing cost.

What happens to fees when I refund a customer?+

Your customer always gets 100% of their money back. Platform fees are non-refundable: Stripe keeps its processing fee (that's universal, every platform) and the Farmstand fee isn't returned either, on full or partial refunds — the same policy as Stripe, Shopify, and Square. The refund screen shows this before you confirm.

Do you charge for collaborators?+

There is no separate per-seat charge. Free includes 3 collaborators, Plus 10, Scale 25, Pro 100, and Enterprise unlimited — always in addition to the farm owner.

Is Farmhand priced per employee?+

No. Farmhand is $20 per month for the entire farm on Plus or Scale, and included with Pro and Enterprise. The owner and every collaborator share one daily usage allowance for that farm.

What payment methods can my customers use?+

Card payments through Stripe on every plan. Cash, check, or Venmo can be unlocked per-customer for trusted buyers you've vetted yourself.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?+

Yes. Annual billing is selected by default, and each plan card shows its exact yearly total and savings before you continue.
